Disclaimer
This document is a translation for reference only.
The original version is written in Korean, and in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 1 (Purpose)

  1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KodeBridge (the “Company”) and members (including non-members) in connection with the use of the UniVent service (the “Service”) provided by the Company.
  2. By accessing or registering for the Service, members are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and to the operational policies and separate terms established by the Company.
  3. The Company’s trade name, representative, address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, and contact information are set out in the Addendum at the end of these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Event: Content created on the Service for recruiting participants to an offline or online gathering such as an event, conference, concert, or exhibition. This includes quick events (Beongae) held on a small scale by individual members without a group.
  2. Product: Goods or digital content sold or traded through the Service.
  3. Organizer/Seller: A member who creates an event or registers a product to receive applications or purchases from participants/buyers.
  4. Participant/Buyer: A member or non-member who applies for an event or purchases a product.
  5. Non-member: A person who uses the Service without registering as a member, within the scope permitted by the Company, such as paying at on-site sales or being registered on site at a cloakroom.
  6. User-Generated Content (UGC): All content registered or posted by members on the Service (including events, products, posts, comments, reviews, inquiries and Q&A, cheer messages, images, videos, etc.).
  7. Safe Payment: A payment method in which payment is made through a payment gateway (PG) provider partnered with the Company and the proceeds are settled to the organizer/seller according to the settlement procedure set by the Company. The available payment methods are determined by the Company and shown within the Service.
  8. Direct Transaction Payment: A payment method in which the participant/buyer transfers funds directly to an account designated by the organizer/seller without going through the Company’s system. This includes cases where overseas users pay through an external payment link (e.g., PayPal) provided by the organizer/seller.
  9. Electronic Payment: A payment method in which the organizer/seller receives payment through a PG provider with which it has contracted directly.
  10. Transfer: The act by which a participant/buyer passes the right to receive a ticket or product to another member through the Service’s transfer feature under the conditions set by the Company.
  11. Cheer Payment: Money that a participant voluntarily pays to the organizer in addition to the ticket price when applying for an event.
  12. Cloakroom (Item Storage): A temporary storage service for participants’ belongings that an organizer operates at an event venue or elsewhere using the Service’s cloakroom feature. A cloakroom ticket is a ticket for using this service.
  13. Uni (AI): A generative AI assistant feature provided by the Company in the Console. AI Cash is the credit deducted according to the amount of its use.
  14. Uni Points (UP): A prepaid credit for use in the Console that the Company sells or grants.
  15. Business Verification: The status in which an organizer/seller has registered its business information and the Company has checked the format of that information. It does not mean that the Company guarantees the organizer’s/seller’s creditworthiness or ability to perform.
  16. Operational Policies: Detailed rules on the operation of the Service that the Company sets and posts within the Service, such as pricing information, user guides, and in-service announcements and notices.

Article 3 (Application and Agreement of the Terms)

  1. Members shall comply with these Terms, the operational policies, and the separate terms.
  2. Minors who use the Service must obtain the consent of their legal representative. If a transaction by a minor made without the consent of a legal representative is canceled, the Company bears no responsibility for the resulting damages, and the matter is handled between the organizer/seller and the minor’s side.
  3. If a corporation or organization uses the Service, that corporation or organization is also deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
  4. The Company may establish separate terms for certain parts of the Service (such as the UniVent Payment Notice, the UniVent Refund Policy, the UniVent Console Refund Policy, and the UniVent Usage Guidelines), and if the separate terms conflict with these Terms, the separate terms prevail.
  5. Non-members are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, the related separate terms, and the notice on the processing of personal information at the time they use the relevant feature, and have the same rights and obligations as members within the scope of that use.
  6. The Company may set out in its operational policies detailed matters not covered by these Terms or the separate terms (such as fees, settlement conditions, detailed refund rules, and conditions of use for individual features). Operational policies take effect when posted within the Service, and members must check the operational policies that apply when using the Service.

Article 4 (Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company may amend these Terms and the separate terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws.
  2. When the Company amends the Terms, it posts the amended Terms, stating the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, in the in-service announcements or on the terms page before the effective date.
  3. If a member does not express refusal before the effective date of the amended Terms and continues to use the Service after the effective date, the member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A member who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the service agreement by withdrawing membership.

Article 5 (Formation and Restriction of Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is formed when a member submits information in accordance with the prescribed registration procedure and the Company accepts it.
  2. The Company may refuse acceptance or later terminate the service agreement in any of the following cases:
    1. The applicant is under 14 years of age, or is a minor who registered without the consent of a legal representative.
    2. Use of another person’s identity.
    3. Omission or falsification of required information.
    4. Evident intent to use the Service in violation of laws or these Terms.
    5. Attempts to profit by means other than those provided by the Service.
    6. Uploading content that severely violates social order or public morals.
    7. Infringement of others’ rights or reputation.
    8. Previous termination of the service agreement due to a violation of these Terms (unless otherwise accepted by the Company).
    9. The Company lacks spare capacity in its facilities or faces technical difficulties.
    10. Any other case in which the Company deems acceptance inappropriate for the operation of the Service.
  3. The Company may withhold acceptance until the above grounds are resolved, and bears no responsibility for damages arising from the refusal, withholding, or termination of acceptance.

Article 6 (Termination of Agreement)

  1. Members may terminate the service agreement at any time by notifying the Company of their intention to terminate.
  2. Membership withdrawal is finalized when a 14-day grace period has elapsed after the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be restricted if there are ongoing service relationships, such as tickets scheduled for use, groups owned by the member, pending transfer requests, items in storage, or Safe Payment proceeds for which settlement has not been completed.
  3. When withdrawal is finalized, the personal information in the account is destroyed; however, information that must be retained under applicable laws and the minimum information retained to prevent evasion of usage restrictions may be retained for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
  4. Upon finalized withdrawal, free (promotional) points and AI Cash expire, and refunds of any remaining paid Uni Points follow the UniVent Console Refund Policy. The Company does not separately compensate for points, AI Cash, or usage rights that expire upon withdrawal.
  5. If the Company terminates the service agreement due to a member’s violation of these Terms or laws, the remaining portion of paid services already purchased, such as plans and points, is not refunded to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Article 7 (Member Obligations and Responsibilities)

  1. Members use the Service at their own risk and are responsible for all actions and results arising in connection with their use of the Service.
  2. If the Company confirms that a member has violated these Terms or laws, it may take necessary measures such as warnings, suspension of use, deletion of posts, or account termination. However, the Company is not obliged to prevent or correct such violations in advance.
  3. If the Company receives a claim for damages or the like from a third party due to a member’s violation, the member shall immediately compensate the Company for its losses (including attorney fees).
  4. System records kept in the Service, such as payment, check-in, transfer, dispatch, and drop-off and pick-up records, are presumed to be true unless proven otherwise and serve as the basis for resolving disputes.
  5. Members must manage their accounts, passwords, identity verification methods, and staff invitation privileges themselves and must not share, transfer, or lend them to third parties. Members bear any damages arising from their negligent management or sharing of accounts, and must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account.
  6. Members must submit the materials requested by the Company in connection with the use of the Service, business verification, settlement, dispute handling, and the like (such as identity or business information, account verification documents, and event-related evidence). If a member fails to submit them or submits false materials, the use of the Service and settlement may be restricted.

Article 8 (User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property)

  1. The rights and responsibilities for UGC lie with the member who posted it.
  2. The Company may, without prior notice, delete or restrict the visibility of content it deems to fall under any of the following, and bears no responsibility for such actions:
    1. Slander or defamation of others, or promotion of hatred or discrimination.
    2. Violation of public morals or public order.
    3. Promotion of piracy or hacking.
    4. Solicitation for commercial purposes by means other than those provided by the Service.
    5. Content objectively recognized as linked to criminal activity.
    6. Infringement of others’ intellectual property or other rights.
    7. Content that violates laws or these Terms.
  3. Organizers/sellers may hide inappropriate content among the reviews, cheer messages, and inquiry and Q&A posts on their event or store pages, or restrict the author’s use. Organizers/sellers are responsible for such measures.
  4. Intellectual property rights in the Service and in the software, designs, trademarks, logos, databases, and other elements included in it belong to the Company. Members have only a limited, non-exclusive right to use them within the scope of using the Service, and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, collect by automated means (crawling or scraping), or create derivative works from them without the Company’s prior consent.
  5. Members grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, reproduce, modify (such as resizing, format conversion, summarizing, and translating), display, and transmit UGC, and to expose it within and outside the Service (homepage, listings, search engines, social media, partner platforms, etc.), within the scope of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This right ends when the UGC is deleted or the service agreement terminates, except that it continues for promotional materials produced before then, for portions shared or quoted by other members, for statistical data from which individuals cannot be identified, and for records retained in accordance with laws.
  6. Members warrant that they hold the lawful rights to the UGC they post and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. The member who posted the UGC is responsible for any disputes or damages arising from a breach of this warranty, and the Company may temporarily block UGC that is reported as infringing a third party’s rights.
  7. The Company has no obligation to preserve or back up UGC, and members must keep their own copies of any content they need.

Article 9 (Organizer/Seller)

  1. The Company provides a system that allows organizers/sellers to register and operate events or products.
  2. The content written and displayed on event and product pages is the responsibility of the organizer/seller, and the Company does not guarantee or assume responsibility for its truthfulness, legality, accuracy, or completeness.
  3. Organizers/sellers permit the Company to use and display, free of charge, basic information about their events and stores (event name, thumbnail, main image, parts of the introduction text, participant count, etc.) and event operation case studies within and outside the Service (homepage, listings, banners, social media, press materials, introductory materials, etc.) for the operation and promotion of the Service. After the event ends or the service agreement terminates, this right of use continues only for materials produced before then. Information that can identify individual participants is not included, and an organizer/seller who does not wish to be featured in a case study may notify the Company and request exclusion.
  4. Display of Seller Information: In accordance with Article 20 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company may display identity information of organizers/sellers (trade name or name, contact information, business verification status and, for business operators, the business registration number and mail-order business report number, etc.) on event and store pages or provide it to the counterparty of a transaction, and organizers/sellers consent to this. Organizers/sellers must register and maintain accurate information. The business verification badge means that the format of the registered information has been checked, and does not mean that the Company guarantees the organizer’s/seller’s creditworthiness or ability to perform.
  5. Use of Participant/Buyer Personal Information: Organizers/sellers must use participants’/buyers’ personal information only within the scope of the specified purposes, such as event operation and product delivery, exchange, and after-sales service, and bear all responsibility under applicable laws and these Terms in case of a violation.
  6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing: If an organizer/seller uploads to the Service a participant list collected outside the Service and uses it to send notices or for similar purposes, or enters non-members’ information into the Service through on-site cloakroom registration or the like, the Company processes that information as the organizer’s/seller’s trustee for personal information processing, only within the scope of the purpose of providing the Service. In this case, this paragraph is deemed an outsourcing contract under Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company does not use the entrusted personal information for other purposes or provide it to third parties, takes the measures necessary to ensure its security, and discloses any re-outsourcing in the Notice on Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing and Overseas Transfer. The organizer/seller is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting that information, including obtaining any consent required at the time of collection.
  7. Responsibility for Products/Events: Organizers/sellers bear full and sole responsibility for product quality, safety, and suitability, delivery, exchanges, refunds, after-sales service, and event progress, cancellation, and changes. The Company is not involved in these matters.
  8. Payments and Refunds
    1. Safe Payment: Participants/buyers pay through a PG provider partnered with the Company, and the payment proceeds are processed through the PG provider. The Company does not hold or manage payment proceeds; it arranges for the amount remaining after deducting refunds, cancellations, and payment fees to be paid to the account designated by the organizer/seller in accordance with the settlement conditions set by the Company (settlement timing, signing of the settlement confirmation, account holder name verification, etc.). The settlement conditions and fees, and the treatment of fees upon refunds, are set out in the operational policies (pricing information), and changed conditions apply to new payments from the time they are posted. Organizers/sellers may process refunds using the refund function in the Company’s system, and the scope of available refunds follows the Refund Policy and the conditions set by the organizer. Refunds within the system are restricted for payments for which settlement has begun, and such payments are handled according to the procedure notified by the Company. Refunds are solely the act of the organizer/seller, and related disputes are to be resolved between the organizer/seller and the participant/buyer.
    2. Direct Transaction Payment: In this method, participants/buyers transfer funds directly to the organizer’s/seller’s account. The Company is not involved in any aspect of it, including account guidance, receipt of funds, confirmation, and refunds, and bears no responsibility whatsoever.
    3. Electronic Payment: Payments and refunds are processed through the PG provider directly contracted by the organizer/seller, and the related procedures and responsibilities follow the contract between the organizer/seller and that PG provider. The Company is not involved and bears no responsibility.
  9. Organizers/sellers must comply with applicable laws (the E-Commerce Act, the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act, the Public Performance Act, the Copyright Act, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards, etc.) and bear all responsibility arising from any violation.
  10. If a third party such as a participant/buyer, a rights holder, or an administrative agency brings a claim, report, or investigation against the Company in connection with an organizer’s/seller’s event or product, the organizer/seller defends the Company at their own expense and compensates the Company for the damages it incurs (including administrative fines, penalty surcharges, settlement payments, and attorney fees).
  11. If there is a refund request, a dispute, a suspected fraudulent transaction, a suspected violation of laws, a violation of these Terms, incomplete identity or account verification, or any other ground the Company deems necessary, the Company may withhold settlement of the relevant amount and may set off fees, usage charges, damages, reimbursement obligations, and other amounts the organizer/seller owes the Company against the settlement amount. Settlement is made once the grounds for withholding or set-off are resolved. Damages arising from incorrectly entered settlement account information are borne by the organizer/seller.
  12. If a refund, payment cancellation, chargeback by a card company, or the like occurs after settlement has been completed, the organizer/seller must reimburse the relevant amount within the period set by the Company, by the method notified by the Company, and the Company may set it off against settlement amounts to be paid later. Objections to settlement details must be raised within the period set by the Company; once that period has passed, the settlement details are deemed confirmed.
  13. Cancellation or Change of Events: If an organizer cancels, postpones, or changes an event, the organizer is responsible for notifying, refunding, and compensating participants, and the Company may withhold settlement for the event or deduct refund amounts from the settlement amount in order to process refunds. The Company bears no responsibility for damages incurred by participants due to the cancellation or change of an event.
  14. Taxes: Organizers/sellers are responsible for reporting and paying taxes arising from the sale of events and products and for issuing supporting documents (cash receipts, tax invoices, etc.) to participants/buyers. Features provided by the Company, such as automatic cash receipt issuance, are tools that assist with this and do not mean that the Company handles tax matters on their behalf.

Article 10 (Participants/Buyers)

  1. Before applying or purchasing, participants/buyers must check the conditions presented by the organizer/seller (price, quantity, timing of provision, notices and precautions, refund policy, etc.).
  2. Safe Payment: Personal information is provided to the PG provider to the extent necessary for the payment process, and payment, refund, and error handling follow the PG provider’s terms and procedures. The Company is not an electronic financial business operator and bears no responsibility for issues arising in the course of the PG provider’s processing.
  3. Direct Transaction Payment: Participants/buyers transfer funds directly to the organizer’s/seller’s account, and all risks and responsibilities, including non-payment, fraud, and refund delays, rest with the participant/buyer and the organizer/seller. The Company does not intervene or compensate under any circumstances.
  4. Electronic Payment: Payment, refund, and error handling follow the terms and procedures of the PG provider directly contracted by the organizer/seller, and the Company is not involved in and bears no responsibility for such processing.
  5. Refunds: Refund eligibility and scope follow applicable laws, the organizer’s/seller’s refund policy, and the UniVent Refund Policy.
  6. Participants/buyers agree that their personal information may be provided to and shared with organizers/sellers to the extent necessary for event operation and product provision and delivery.
  7. Events/products set as adult-only may be applied for or purchased only by members whose adult status has been confirmed through identity verification.
  8. This Article and the separate terms also apply to persons who pay for or use the Service as non-members, and refund requests and inquiries are made by the method notified at the time of payment.
  9. Participants/buyers must not copy or pass on tickets or QR codes, or allow others to use them, by any means other than the official sharing feature provided by the Service. Participants/buyers bear any denial of entry, duplicate use, or damages resulting from this.
  10. Entry to event venues and receipt of products follow the operating rules set by the organizer/seller (identity checks, entry times, restrictions on belongings, etc.). Any resulting restriction on entry or receipt is a matter between the organizer/seller and the participant/buyer, and the Company bears no responsibility for it.

Article 11 (Transfer of Tickets and Products)

  1. Participants/buyers may transfer the right to receive a ticket or product to another member through the transfer feature provided by the Service (such as a transfer code), only for events/products for which the organizer/seller has allowed transfers. If the organizer/seller has enabled administrator approval, the transfer is completed after approval.
  2. The Company may set the conditions for using the transfer feature (whether paid transfers are allowed, the range of transfer prices, transfer fees, etc.) in its operational policies. Where the Company allows paid transfers, payment and settlement of the transfer price follow the method set by the Company; the Company is not involved in any other exchange of money between the parties to a transfer.
  3. Refunds are restricted for payments that include a ticket or product whose transfer has been completed; if a refund does proceed, the refund amount is paid to the original payer.
  4. Once a transfer is completed, the rights to the ticket or product pass to the transferee, and the transferor is responsible for any matters that arose before the transfer. To the extent necessary to process the transfer, the names, contact information, and other details of the transferor and the transferee may be displayed to the other party and to the organizer/seller.
  5. Ticket/product transactions not made through the Service’s transfer feature, transfers involving money or other consideration beyond the scope allowed by the Company (e.g., ticket scalping), and providing transfer codes in exchange for consideration are prohibited. In case of a violation, the Company may take necessary measures such as invalidating the ticket/product or restricting use, and bears no responsibility for any resulting damages.
  6. Transferred tickets and products cannot be transferred again and can only be returned to the original transferor. Organizers/sellers may freely decide whether to approve a transfer request, and the Company bears no responsibility for a refused transfer.
  7. The Company does not guarantee the authenticity of a transfer, the eligibility of the transferee, or the terms agreed between the parties to a transfer, and disputes related to transfers are to be resolved between the parties. Transfers made outside the Service’s transfer feature have no effect against the Company, and the Company is not involved in and bears no responsibility for them.

Article 12 (Cheer Payments)

  1. For events where the organizer has turned on the cheer feature, participants may add a cheer payment within the range set by the organizer when applying for a ticket. A cheer payment is an additional amount that the participant voluntarily pays to the organizer and is not a payment to the Company. It is not a donation under tax laws and is not eligible for tax benefits such as donation receipts.
  2. A cheer payment is processed as a single payment together with the ticket price, and payment, settlement, and fees follow the rules of the payment method applicable to the event. Even if the ticket is free, an application to which a cheer payment has been added goes through the payment process.
  3. Refunds of cheer payments are processed together with ticket refunds, and once ticket refunds are restricted, the cheer payment is not refunded either. Details follow the UniVent Refund Policy and the operational policies.
  4. A cheer message left with a cheer payment is UGC and may be displayed on the event page if the participant chooses to make it public. The organizer may hide inappropriate messages.
  5. The organizer is responsible for the nature, use, and accounting and tax treatment of cheer payments and for compliance with any laws that may apply accordingly. Using cheer payments for purposes other than their intended purpose, such as refund abuse, moving funds, or circumventing the payment of consideration, is prohibited.
  6. The Company is not the party that receives cheer payments and bears no responsibility for disputes between participants and organizers regarding cheer payments.

Article 13 (Cloakroom)

  1. Organizers may use the Service’s cloakroom feature to operate a cloakroom that temporarily stores participants’ belongings at an event venue or elsewhere, and may issue cloakroom tickets for a fee or free of charge.
  2. The contract for the storage of belongings is formed between the organizer and the participant (including non-members). The Company only provides systems such as drop-off and pick-up records, QR verification, and on-site registration; it does not possess or manage the belongings and bears no responsibility for their loss, damage, or mistaken return. The organizer is responsible for belongings in storage.
  3. Participants retrieve their belongings with a claim tag (QR or ticket). If a claim tag is lost, the organizer may hand over the belongings in accordance with the lost-tag handover procedure provided by the Company, which includes verifying the person’s name and contact information, comparing the belongings with the photo taken at drop-off, and obtaining a pledge to bear responsibility for any false claim. The recipient is responsible for any false claim.
  4. The name, contact information, and pledge records entered during the lost-tag handover process are retained for dispute response for the period set out in the Privacy Policy and then destroyed.
  5. Organizers must inform participants in advance of the storage hours, the items that cannot be stored (valuables, hazardous materials, etc.), and how unclaimed items will be handled.
  6. Refunds of cloakroom tickets follow the event ticket provisions of the UniVent Refund Policy.

Article 14 (Paid Services)

  1. The Company may provide paid services for organizers/sellers (Uni Points, AI Cash, plans, equipment rental, etc.), in which case the Company is the seller (telecommunication sales business operator) of those paid services only.
  2. The types, fees, and terms of use of paid services are posted on information pages within the Service, and matters concerning withdrawal of purchase and refunds follow the UniVent Console Refund Policy, which constitutes separate terms.
  3. Prepaid credits such as Uni Points may have different terms of use, such as validity periods, depending on how they were issued (paid or free of charge); details follow the in-service notices and the separate terms.
  4. Services that the Company provides on an individually quoted basis, such as on-site event recap video production, follow the conditions set out in a separate contract or notice, and matters not covered by those conditions follow these Terms.
  5. When a plan’s limits on participants, staff, quantities, or other resources are reached, the Company may restrict further use of the relevant resource (such as locking application intake) and bears no responsibility for damages arising from this. Members may raise the limits by paying for a higher plan or add-ons.
  6. The Company may change the fees and composition of paid services. Changes apply to new payments from the time they are posted on the information pages within the Service and do not affect periods or quantities that have already been paid for.
  7. Periods during which a member’s use of the Service is restricted due to a violation of these Terms or the like count toward the usage period of plans and other paid services and are not extended accordingly.
  8. The Company may change the conditions and validity periods for granting free (promotional) points, and may reclaim points obtained by improper means without prior notice.
  9. The usage period of a paid service runs from the time of payment, and periods not used for reasons attributable to the member are neither extended nor refunded, except as provided in the UniVent Console Refund Policy.

Article 15 (Uni (AI) Feature)

  1. The Company may provide an AI assistant feature (Uni) in the Console that generates drafts of event introductions, ticket descriptions, posts, inquiry responses, and the like. Uni operates using models of external AI providers, and the content entered by users and related event information may be transmitted to and processed by AI providers located overseas to the extent necessary for processing. The trustees are listed in the Notice on Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing and Overseas Transfer.
  2. Output generated by Uni is a draft for reference only. Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the output and for using it for posting, sending, or other purposes, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the output.
  3. Users must not enter others’ personal information, confidential information, or content that violates laws or these Terms into Uni, and must not use Uni to generate or post content that falls under Article 17 (Prohibited Acts).
  4. The data processing conditions of the external AI providers used to operate Uni follow the policies of each provider.
  5. A monthly free usage allowance is provided for Uni, and usage beyond that allowance is deducted from AI Cash. The purchase, conversion, and refund of AI Cash follow the UniVent Console Refund Policy.
  6. The Company may change the scope of the Uni feature, the models used, or the free usage allowance, or discontinue the feature.
  7. The Company may store and review the content entered into Uni and the output it generates for the purposes of quality management, prevention of fraudulent use, billing verification, and dispute response. Where such content includes personal information, its processing follows the Privacy Policy.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company makes reasonable security efforts in the electronic domains used to provide the Service (systems, networks, databases, etc.). However, due to the nature of the Service, some information may be viewable between members, and such disclosure itself is not considered a “leak” by the Company.
  2. The Company gives notice that it is a telecommunication sales intermediary under Article 20-2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and not a party to transactions. It makes no express or implied warranties regarding the quality, safety, suitability, legality, or reliability of transactions between members (events/products) or whether they meet users’ expectations, and bears no related responsibility.
  3. The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for losses arising in connection with Direct Transaction Payments and Electronic Payments, including fraud, non-payment or misdirected payment, delayed or refused refunds, and disputes.
  4. Unless caused by its intent or gross negligence, the Company is not responsible for damages resulting from a member’s fault, a third party’s unlawful acts, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars).
  5. The Company is not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions of the Service due to unavoidable causes such as system inspection, maintenance, or replacement, communication failures, or traffic surges, unless caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence.
  6. The Company is not responsible for a member’s failure to obtain, or loss of, the benefits the member expected from using the Service.
  7. The Company bears no responsibility for the content of output generated by Uni (AI), belongings stored in a cloakroom operated by an organizer, the purpose and use of cheer payments, the cancellation, postponement, change, or delay of events, or the entry and receipt operations of organizers/sellers.
  8. Seller information and the business verification badge only indicate that the format of the registered information has been checked, and the Company makes no other warranty.
  9. Even where the Company is liable to a member for damages, unless caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence, the scope of compensation is limited to the amount of fees or usage charges the Company actually received in connection with the relevant transaction or paid service, and the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or for lost expected profits.
  10. The Company bears no responsibility, unless caused by its intent or gross negligence, for damages arising from failures, service interruptions, or changes in policies or fees of external providers such as payment gateway providers, messaging and identity verification providers, cloud and network providers, and AI providers.
  11. Unless caused by its intent or gross negligence, the Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from errors or omissions in the information members enter into the Service (account numbers, delivery addresses, contact information, ticket information, etc.) or for damages arising in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.
  12. The Company is in no way involved in transactions, transfers, exchanges of money, or arrangements made between members, or between members and third parties, outside the features provided by the Service (such as through external messengers, social media, or in-person dealings), and bears no responsibility whatsoever for any fraud, non-performance, disputes, or damages arising from them.
